One of the most important things you can do to make your
life easier, better and more prosperous, is to eliminate your stress.
When you are trying to accomplish something, it can feel
like stress is the fuel that is driving you forward.
Stress is, in fact, the mud under your feet that slows you
down.
It is good to be determined, and driven, but unless you are
running for your life, stress will not help you.
Take that energy and use it.
Create something. Write down your fears as a story or poem,
paint a picture, dance, walk or go to the gym.
Turn the focus away from your stress and you will find you
no longer need it.
From a manifestation standpoint, you are darkening your beautiful
vision of the future with clouds of worry.
Most of the storms you envision will not come to pass. So
why waste good creative time dwelling on them?
When your fears dissolve, you will find it much easier to do
the work you need to do. Chores will have less drama attached, and your body
will be healthier.
As we know you worry about your appearance, we will add that
reducing stress will keep you from eating when you are not hungry and allow the
food you have ingested to be perfectly processed to give your skin a healthy
glow and allow your body to easily achieve and maintain perfect weight.
So if you will not reduce your stress to change your life
