This Shall Pass



When you feel all of the world closing in around you; when your stress level reaches its upper limit, stop and breathe.

Be  grateful for your life.  Be grateful for all of your blessings big and small. Food, shelter, family, the air in your lungs…….all of the things you have forgotten to appreciate. Feel abundant.

Think back. Remember a time that you felt this stressed before.  You survived!  You are still going!  When this stress has passed, you will still be here.  Feel peace.

The lack you feel pales in comparison to all that you have in your life.  

Your fears are much worse in your head than anything you are likely to manifest, although, they might delay the manifestation of your dreams.  

Stop, breathe, center yourself, and do your best in whatever situation you might be facing.  


Very soon, you will look back and wonder, “What was I so afraid of?” ~Silas
