The Game of Life on Earth

We often giggle as we watch you declare that this will be your last lifetime on Earth. You will get it all right this time and not have a need to return.

We do not laugh at your feelings, but rather at the fact that we know that you will, as you have in the past, want to jump right back in the game and play for several more lifetimes.

If life is compared to a video game, then every time you use up your “last life,” and are kicked out of the game, you do not leave with nothing to show for your game.

Your experience level has given you the ability to move ahead quickly the next time you go back in.

You will easily sidestep the obstacles that go in your way in past lives. Then you will reach a point of challenge. Challenge does not have to be a bad thing. It can be exciting and exhilarating! If you feel challenged, then you are playing at your level.

Don’t fight the challenges. Learn from them. Obtain skills that you can use in this life and any more to follow.

Winning is not as important as learning in the game of Life on Earth. Learn all of the spiritual skills that you can as you face challenges. They will serve you well in the future. ~Silas

Make a Change

If you are looking for something and you do not find it after checking all of the contents of a desk drawer, would you continue looking in that drawer?

If you circled a block 10 times looking for a restaurant and did not find it, would you continue to drive in a circle?

Why then, when a situation in your life repeats itself, do you continually act and react in the same way?

When life seems to be on a repetitious loop, it is usually because there is something different that you must do.

Like a video game, you must complete each level before moving on to the next. This ensures that you will have the skills necessary to complete the upcoming levels.

When you are stuck on a level you eventually get creative. You take risks, you try new things. Life is like this also. You are brought back to the same situation so that you can learn and develop the skills you need for the next stage of your journey.

You can ask your guides to illuminate the situation so that you will see the answer and you will know what  you must do.

Look at the situation as though it is the first time. Approach it with confidence, knowing that you have the skills to handle anything that comes your way.

Ask what you have to learn from this and the answer will come to you. Then....learn it.

Once you have, you can move on to bigger and better things. You would not be here if you did not have the skills to do this.

Take a deep breath....and try something new. ~Silas

Enjoying the Journey

You are always looking for the end: reaching that goal, finding that answer, or finishing that project.

Do you know what is really at the end? Death, transition and the leaving of your Earthly body and ceasing to play this game of life, is what awaits you at "the end."

Would you not like to have a bit more joy and fun before that happens?

Do you take a nature walk simply to reach the end of the path?

Stop for a minute. Look around you. Know that it is possible to enjoy every step of your journey. You may not be on the path you desire, but that doesn't mean the path you are on must be terrible.

Find the joy in little things. Fresh air in your lungs, the smell of a flower, a picture or video that makes you laugh, a hug from a friend or the giggle of a baby.

Look for beauty. Seek out what makes you smile. You can still move down the path and enjoy yourself right here and now.

You may even choose to stop and take a break. That is a choice you are allowed to make.

Appreciate everything around you and your life will be filled with abundance. Love everything around you and that love will come back to you multiplied. Play a game of hide and seek with Joy. Joy will find you every time.

Why wait for the end of your life? Start the celebration right now, and keep the party going always! ~Silas

Fairy Happy Holidays

We have a secret to tell you.

Those who tell you that  you must celebrate a holiday in a particular way due to their beliefs are trying to get a reaction out of you.

You do not need to respond.

Like children, some people need attention. When a child misbehaves but does not endanger himself or others, sometimes it is best to just ignore them.

Another tactic is to set a good example. Spread cheer and joy and good wishes to others. Wish them well even if they tell you that you are "wrong."

Simply, smile as you would to a mischievous child and move along to things that bring you joy.

If you would like to educate, do so with love. To angrily shout back accomplishes nothing and will only serve to divide at a time when people should be coming together to celebrate.

No one can destroy your holiday experience without your permission.

Refuse to give it to them and move on to more important things.

We wish you the happiest of holidays, and know that every day can be a happy, holy day if you allow it. ~Silas

New Day, New Beginning

If every day feels the same to  you, it is not because it is, but because you believe it is.
Every day is different. For every similarity there are millions of tiny (and not so tiny) differences.

Your body may feel different, you have a new destination in your morning routine, you will encounter different people........., like snowflakes, no two days are exactly alike.

Yet if you look at snow from afar, it all looks the same.

While you may feel lost and abandoned, your guides are actually, poised at the starting line, waiting for you to give them permission to go.

Begin each day, to observe the tiny differences. A new leaf on a familiar tree, a new face at the local coffee house. When you realize how unique each day is, you will never be bored.
You will begin to see each morning as an opportunity to set new goals, make brilliant changes and find your bliss.

On your mark.....Get set......and Live!!!!!!!! ~Silas

I Want That......

So, your bills are mounting, your weight is not ideal and your career is floundering?

You tell the Divine, "I need more money, I want a better car, I must have the love of my life and very soon."

So, the Divine has given you all that and you still complain?

In order to do affirmation work effectively, you must understand the language of affirmations.

Every affirmation has two parts. The part that is written or spoken and the part that quietly precedes it.

When you make a request of the Universe, the Universe goes into its "wish granting mode."

Like a giant computer program, it prepares itself to receive the command you are about to give it. In a time before time, you helped to create it this way.

It works like this:

You open the "Grant my wish" program. Click on the button that says, "Make a request." A window will open and you will see three words: I want that_______________.

Type in your request and hit "Send."

If you believe you have done this without a good result, then think about how those three words affect the meaning of your request.

This is the reason it is important to word your affirmations as though they have already happened.

You are not lying or pretending when you say, "I have enough money to pay all my bills and a surplus to spend for recreation" you are being very precise in your request and asking for exactly what you want.

If you say, "I want that.....I need more money." The Universe instantly grants your request. A need for more money. In fact, the Universe is so efficient, it will probably create more expenses and unpleasant financial surprises that will positively guarantee you a "need for money."

The fact that you become frustrated with the Universe over your affirmations is more proof that they work.

You see, the program is always running. Every time you say, "I want, I need, or I desire," the Universe is listening and responding.

If more of your words and thoughts say, "I want" then more "want" is what you shall have. The Universe will make  you more frustrated about not achieving your goals because that is what you have requested.

You are a powerful and amazing creator. Perhaps you should use your power now to create something you really want. It is just our suggestion. ~Silas

Temporary Burden, Permanent Blessing

There was a time on this planet, when all people were considered equal. It does not exist in your recorded history, because you history has been written by those who defeated individuals of lesser strength and influence.

Those weaker ones are like a person who has broken their leg.

The condition is temporary, and  with help, that person can heal and be a contributing member of society.

The leg is immobilized, the person is given assistance in obtaining food and helped to get around as needed. This is done because all are aware that the leg will heal and the person will again be able to care for himself and help others in the group.

A temporary condition of powerlessness when addressed with compassion, can help the person to get back on their feet.

Helping out the less fortunate can get tiresome, and you sometimes reach a point where you say, "Enough is enough!"

You withdraw help, breaking the cast, forcing the person to find whatever food they can get.

You rationalize that they are not doing their part and so it is morally right for you to cut off all assistance.

The person desperately tries to walk on a badly healed leg and does more harm to themselves.

The injury worsens and becomes a permanent condition of disablement.

Now, the person has truly become a burden to the group.  Your prophecy has become self-fulfilled.

Yet, what if you let the person heal; demonstrated compassion without resentment. What if the person completely healed and from the experience, not only regained full strength, but a new found compassion for others.

He has become even better than he was for having been broken.

He returns as a equal, contributing member of the group and has more experience and gifts to share.

What if every time, instead of marginalizing a group to separate yourself from those who are "weaker," you help them to become healed and strong.

Then, your self-fulfilling prophecy will create allies and partners instead of burdens.

But then, perhaps, your world is already in such a perfect state that you have no need to do this.

Yes, we have made a joke. We hope you find it funny, and educational. ~Silas
