The Game of Life on Earth

We often giggle as we watch you declare that this will be your last lifetime on Earth. You will get it all right this time and not have a need to return.

We do not laugh at your feelings, but rather at the fact that we know that you will, as you have in the past, want to jump right back in the game and play for several more lifetimes.

If life is compared to a video game, then every time you use up your “last life,” and are kicked out of the game, you do not leave with nothing to show for your game.

Your experience level has given you the ability to move ahead quickly the next time you go back in.

You will easily sidestep the obstacles that go in your way in past lives. Then you will reach a point of challenge. Challenge does not have to be a bad thing. It can be exciting and exhilarating! If you feel challenged, then you are playing at your level.

Don’t fight the challenges. Learn from them. Obtain skills that you can use in this life and any more to follow.

Winning is not as important as learning in the game of Life on Earth. Learn all of the spiritual skills that you can as you face challenges. They will serve you well in the future. ~Silas

The Gift of Change

Too often you mistake attachment for love, or appreciation.

You attach to a person, a job, a situation or even a worn article of clothing.

If your life is perfect as it is and cannot possibly get any better, then, by all means, hold on to everything.

Of course, life on Earth is not designed that way. You are here to learn, grow and play.

All three of these things involve change and release.

To learn, is to add new information and leave behind old, outdated ideas.

To grow is to stretch yourself, physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually. The change here is obvious and again, may mean leaving old thought patterns and behaviors behind.

To play is to explore, to delight in the world around you. To squeal at surprises and dance to the music of life. To play is to celebrate and enjoy the changes around you, and if you do it often enough, it inevitably leads to learning and growth.

Change is not the enemy. Change is the Angel, who holds a miracle in her hands. Her gift to you, if you choose to accept it.

Do you? ~Silas

Try a Little Joy

There are many things available to you, right now, that can raise your vibration immediately.

You would likely engage in them because they are enjoyable, yet many of you have come to associate them with shame and guilt. Either you should not be doing them at all, or you should be doing something more responsible.

Laughter and smiles will give your vibration a great boost, yet you have expressions such as, "Get serious!" and "Stop fooling around." The act of "fooling around" can make you happy and happy gets you closer to Heaven on Earth.

Rest is something of which you also have a negative opinion.

"Get up, already! Stop being so lazy!" Does this sound familiar? Your body, mind and spirit need opportunities to rest and recharge. The more quality rest you get, the more productive your Earthly and Spiritual work will be.

SEX! Yes! Now we have your attention. Your religions have ruined this one for you. The state of euphoria you achieve when you have an orgasm is similar to the feeling of bliss and ultimate pleasure that many achieve through deep meditation. It is, in a sense, a few seconds of "Heaven on Earth." The most beautiful part is: You always have a willing partner, just look in the mirror.

That is why religious leaders fight to control it. If they didn't, you would believe that there were many ways to experience Divine energy and that you didn't need them at all. They tell you sex and self-love are shameful and immoral. Sacrifice now and get to Heaven later.

Yet, you are told that there will be a Heaven on Earth. "As above, so below." What kind of Heaven will you create on Earth? One of deprivation and sacrifice? Or one of joy and bliss?

The biggest sin you commit is judgement and the person you most frequently judge is you.

There is no sin in seeking joy as long as it does not harm another. Try a bit of joy today. It will not hurt, we promise. ~Silas

Enjoying the Journey

You are always looking for the end: reaching that goal, finding that answer, or finishing that project.

Do you know what is really at the end? Death, transition and the leaving of your Earthly body and ceasing to play this game of life, is what awaits you at "the end."

Would you not like to have a bit more joy and fun before that happens?

Do you take a nature walk simply to reach the end of the path?

Stop for a minute. Look around you. Know that it is possible to enjoy every step of your journey. You may not be on the path you desire, but that doesn't mean the path you are on must be terrible.

Find the joy in little things. Fresh air in your lungs, the smell of a flower, a picture or video that makes you laugh, a hug from a friend or the giggle of a baby.

Look for beauty. Seek out what makes you smile. You can still move down the path and enjoy yourself right here and now.

You may even choose to stop and take a break. That is a choice you are allowed to make.

Appreciate everything around you and your life will be filled with abundance. Love everything around you and that love will come back to you multiplied. Play a game of hide and seek with Joy. Joy will find you every time.

Why wait for the end of your life? Start the celebration right now, and keep the party going always! ~Silas

Last Day

Here is a game to play today.

Today, live, act and plan as though it were your last day on Earth.

This sounds easy, yes? You will grab your bucket list and begin to read off of the list.

Ahhhhhh! But there is a catch! Today is a work day and you must go to work. You have only the resources available to you right now.

No tragedy awaits you. At the end of the day, the angels will guide you home and ask you what you have managed to accomplish.

Will you watch the clock from your work desk? Or enjoy, the purpose that your job serves, the lives that you touch?

Will you scowl impatiently at those you encounter, or smile at everyone, knowing that you won't see another human in a few hours.

Will you come home and wait for the end? Watch television, write a poem, sing, dance, take a long walk in the forest or break out the oil paints that you have been saving for, "when I have the time."

Practice this today. See what occurs to you. You may not accomplish everything, but do what you can with the time you've got.

When you wake up in the morning to find out you are still on Earth, put your hands to  your heart, bow your head and thank the Divine for this beautiful gift of another 24 hours.

And whatever you do, do not waste it. ~Silas

Three Things to Remember

As you move down the path of life, you will find that there are three elements involved in the journey. It was planned (with your permission) to be this way.

The first element is your life’s purpose. This is the map that guides you in a general direction. You have a choice of roads to take, but they all lead to the same place, unless you turn from your purpose. As your purpose was your choice, you will find your life more difficult when you do this.

Your clever, magnificent soul, will find creative and powerful ways to bring you back to your purpose, most of which you will not find pleasant, so best to stay on track.

The second element is work. Work is the walking. You can decide to take a steeper, winding path and work harder, or a smooth, level, straight path that will require less effort, but whichever you choose, work is necessary. This may come to you as study, dedication or a day job that will give you the resources to achieve your goal. Ideally, your path or goal will become your job, but you may have some learning to do along the way. Learning and study make the experience of your life’s work more meaningful and easy.

Your soul may have decided to challenge you a bit before you reach this point. Trust it. When your soul made these plans for this incarnation, it had a really good vantage point.

The third element is pleasure. These are the flowers and trees along the path. The sweet forest creatures that land on your shoulder or nuzzle against you. Life is not meant to be suffering. Those with lots of money can suffer, those with few possessions can feel joy and appreciation and a love for life. How much you experience these little (and big) joys is up to you.

To stay in balance, all three elements are necessary. Life becomes stressful and unbalanced when one of them is focused on to the exclusion of the others.

For example, you focus only on your life’s purpose and do not allow yourself to rest or have fun. You will get there, but life will always be a struggle.

You can focus only on work and feel empty inside because your life has no meaning and you are not headed in a purposeful direction.

You can get lost in play and fun and become addicted to the experience, again due to the emptiness of a life without direction.

Fortunately, the remedy is as easy as, just stopping destructive behavior and seeking balance. Your guides and angels (and we of the Fae kingdom) want you to have success. Just ask, and we will help you find your balance.

All work and no play (or the opposite) negates your purpose for being on this beautiful planet. Find your balance and you will find your bliss. ~Silas

All Work and All Play

Sometimes it is that which seems the least logical that is the correct answer. When you have tried all of the traditional ways of doing things, try something non-traditional. What have you got to lose?

For instance, you are stressed and overwhelmed with work, chores and to-dos.

You cannot in your wildest imagination see it all getting done.

This is the perfect time to take a break.

Does this sound illogical? It is not.

You see, the problem is not that you have too much to do, the problem is that you cannot see yourself accomplishing it and this causes you stress.

The stress is your problem, not your tasks.

When you feel completely overwhelmed, take 5 to 10 minutes (more if you have it) and play. Stop thinking about work and do something fun.

This is the ultimate purpose for work. You make money, you pay for your food and living space so that you can take the time to have fun. If this is not your goal, then you need to rethink your work priorities.

Don't worry that you won't get it done. A little play time (dancing, singing, walking in nature etc.) will clear your head and organize your thoughts so that your work is more efficient.

You will work smarter rather than harder and be absolutely amazed with what you can accomplish.

Start enjoying your life, whether you have a lot to do, or not. Otherwise, you are missing the point of this incarnation. ~Silas

You Agreed to Play the Game

Why does Spirit not send me clear signs? Just tell me what to do!

This would seem like a simple request, yet you are not here to talk directly with the Divine Source as you would a friend standing next to you in three dimensional existence. Your purpose for being here is not to have all of your questions immediately answered or your every whim granted without delay.

If this were truly your desire, you would not be here. You could do this much more easily on the other side of the veil.

You were there once. Your soul wanted a challenge. You stood in the presence of the Divine and said, "I'm the one! Pick me! I am up for the task!"

You were chosen and sent here. That is the ultimate granting of a wish.

So, why let it stop there? This is what you asked for. It's time to make some magic!

You wanted to play the game, so here are the rules:

Love one another and yourself, do no harm, and bring your dreams to life on this planet.

"But, I've tried!" you insist.

Stop trying, start playing the game.

You are not spoiled, you came here to work or you would not have been granted the privilege. Spiritual work is about creating Heaven on Earth and abundance and prosperity for all. So if you're not enjoying the experience, you still have work to do.

Imagine you are playing a mystery solving game. You are given clues to follow to resolve the mystery and get your reward. What fun would it be if the treasure were handed to you at the start? It would all be over too quickly and you would have learned nothing.

Jump in and play the game. Adventures await. Scary things might pop out and there may be stressful times, but they are only challenges added for your entertainment and growth. One day you will look back and say, "My how I have grown! Things are so much better now!"

Wherever you find yourself in life, be joyful, be appreciative and have adventures.

Find happiness here and now. See problems as challenges that will give you knowledge and experience.

Look for signs from Spirit as clues. Follow them like birds and butterflies as you dance down the path of life.

You will learn many things and achieve many goals while you are here.

Don't rush to get to the end of the game. That will only put you on the other side, raising your hand for a chance to incarnate on Earth.

Now that would be working too hard. ~Silas
