Stopping the Spread

If you were a scientist trying to stop the spread of a contagious disease, you would, most likely follow three important steps:

First:  isolate- Find out what areas are affected and begin quarantine protocols.

Second: determine the cause- Look at it, study it, note how it spreads. Find the organism that is responsible.

Third: treat- Once the guilty organism is found, treatment can begin in the form of vaccine or antidote.

The first two steps are the hardest.  It is the same with discomfort, stress, or disease in  your body, thoughts and emotions.

First: isolate- What is happening? Depression? Anger? Relationship issues? Aches and pains? What part of your physical body is affected?

Second: determine the cause-  When did you feel this before? Childhood? Past life? During a relationship that no longer exists? Did something traumatic happen that brought it on?

Third: treatment- This is up to you. You are the doctor. What feels right? Affirmations? Cleansing ritual? Creative visualization? Pharmaceuticals? A trip to the doctor or counselor? Ask, then sit quietly and listen. The answer will come to you, always.

No one can tell you what is right for you.  You will know it and be drawn to it. Do not let anyone tell you otherwise, and never give up.  We want you to heal. We are counting on you. ~Silas
