Self-love Notes

Nothing is more precious than a note of love hidden away for you do discover at a later time, reminding you that even when your beloved is not physically present, you still are loved.

The note creator does this because they know how much fun it is to receive these notes and wants the recipient to feel loved.

You don’t have to wait for a significant other to experience this. Write yourself a love note, a note of encouragement or a reason to be grateful.

Keep them posted in your work space or around your home. Soon, you will feel wrapped in love by constantly re-reading the beautiful sentiments.

You might even feel tempted to leave a note for a family, member, spouse or friend. Go ahead, share the wealth. Love is priceless and self-love is Divine ~Silas

Changing Into Yourself

Sometimes when you change, you do not become a different person. You become the person you really are.

That person that you have hidden from others. That person that you have been suppressing to do your job or find the right relationship.

Spend time with yourself every day. Learn to be who you are and when you find yourself suppressing your personality around others, seek out those who allow the "real you" to come out.

You will have people in your life for whom you must "tone it down," just a little. Don't discount them all as they may have something to share and enhance your life. Just don't define yourself by those relationships.

Take some time to experience the wild, untamed, joyful and passionate you, uncensored and without boundaries. If you do this often enough, you will always be able to come back to that place no matter what the world throws at you.

Enjoy yourself! Earth is an amazing playground! ~Silas

Life Alchemy: The Next Step

Now that you are a Life Alchemist, turning all of the “base metal” situations your life hands you into gold, what is next?

Will people find out about your talents and look for ways to exploit them? Will others continually bring you a steady stream of lead until you are overwhelmed trying to transform it all?

There are reasons that alchemists work in secret. You may not have gold to covet, but people might be attracted to your joy and positive attitude.

You can shield yourself from undesirable energies, but as your vibration rises, you will find less of them attracted to you.

The next step in your Alchemy mastery is to turn lower quality gold in to that of a higher quality. The original challenges are easily transmuted and self-mastery becomes an achievable goal.

Your learning continues while you are on Earth, but as you learn the hard skills necessary for the Alchemy craft, you will start, refining and polishing your work.

You can discover metals more desirable than gold as you expand your energy into other dimensions and open all of your psychic as well as physical senses.

Your limits exist only in your head. So it is time to get out of your head and start the magical transformation process! And today is as good a day as any! ~Silas

Life Alchemist

The job of the alchemist is to turn ordinary base metals into gold.

When you are faced with a challenging situation, you can become a victim or you can create gold and be a “life alchemist.”

Your life was not meant to be misery and you can attract amazing things and live the life of your dreams. But sometimes in the best of lives, the Universe will throw you a small challenge.

You can fall into despair, or put on your alchemist’s robes and make some golden magic. The key is just a little bit of distance.

Don’t let the situation become your energy. Keep a distance. Look at the situation. What “metals” do you have to work with? Has your spinning wheel been properly oiled and ready for work?

A sleepless night can become an explosion of creativity. A challenging encounter can become a funny story or poem.

Everything you encounter in your life is gold. You simply, have to remember that you are the one in charge of bringing out the sparkle. ~Silas

Boundaries of Love

Many of you, allow others to take all of your energy, time and your peace of mind. You do this, falsely believing that you are showing love to the others around you.

You believe that setting boundaries is an act of aggression and not loving at all.

Boundaries can be aggressive if you set them on someone else’s property, but they can also be an act of self-love.

Telling those around you where your energetic borders are sets a good example of how you want others to treat you.

When you walk into the home of a friend, you see the way they do things, even if their ways are different from yours, you honor and observe them.

The same thing happens when you show others that they are not allowed to invade your personal energy.

If you do not set these boundaries, the other person may invade your space without meaning to do so. It is like setting them up to fail so that you can resent and be angry with them.

When you draw the lines clearly, there is understanding. You complete this understanding by showing that you respect their boundaries as well.

Then you can sit on the “fence” and have a delightful time together and share fun, loving communications. ~Silas.

The Ultimate Act of Self-Love

Every day take a few minutes to sit and connect with your Divine source.

This is the ultimate act of self love and one that most people neglect because it takes too much time or it is too hard to find the right place. Besides, how important can sitting still really be?

When you sit in meditation, you find the real you. You discover the energy with which you seek to have a relationship. You allow Divine source to love and heal you.

It also gives you an opportunity to get to know your guides, angels and fairy companions who can bring you wisdom and guidance.

Take even a few seconds several times a day: Take a breath, smile and connect to source energy.

You have the time and you are worth it. ~Silas

Love Yourself Enough to Let Go

The subject of forgiveness is not the most popular among your spiritual communities and yet it can bring about amazing changes.

It is a selfless act that is just a tiny bit selfish. Forgiveness is not about the other person but about you and how you can gain freedom from a situation that has spiritually tied you down.

Past life unforgiveness comes back in a different form in the present life. You are given an opportunity to forgive the souls who harmed you or continue the dance into several more lifetimes.

Love yourself enough to let go and forgive those who hurt you. From the deepest wounds, you gain knowledge. From the healing of those wounds, you gain power and strength.

Love yourself enough to free yourself from a past that has harmed you and as a couple does on their wedding day, promise yourself to create a better future. ~Silas
